So, I'm fucking raging because dwolla takes for-FUCKING-ever. I really REALLY needed to get an order of Mitanox's MDMA for myself and friends to take to a rave on 10/28. Knowing how long dwolla takes, I messaged Mitanox a week ago to see if there was a faster payment method. Got a response saying it would take as long either way and he was sure I could get some by 10/28. So I start the dwolla bank transfer process and what do you know it's taking for-FUCKING-ever, so I email Mitanox 2 days ago and I say "Hey my BTC won't hit until 10/24" and of course Mitanox can't get it to me in the Southern US by 10/28.
So I just have to find a convenient USA seller of high-quality MDMA, right? Well, that's a fucking chore and a half. Yet, I'm happy to see Unsean with a listing because I've had his stuff before and it was good.
But, what's this? Unsean ONLY sells 7g minimum and ONLY accepts Pecunix now. Fuck! I only need 2g for myself and my friends. But I have money and no other option, so I start figuring out how the fuck I use Pecunix. (Because what I really need is ANOTHER obscure money exchanging website with lots of my private data on hand) And what do you know...I can't just fund Pecunix directly, no sir. I need to fund Pecunix through yet ANOTHER obscure website. Unsean suggests I use wm-center.com So I surf on over there to give it a whirl. Now, I'm a computer savvy guy and I have to say that the wm-center.com website is a fucking shit storm. I can't figure out how to even begin and there is a total lack of direction on the site.
After about an hour of looking around online, I get to the steps that let me fund Pecunix via wm-center.com using MoneyGram. So I get the order placed on wm-center.com but now I have to wait for them to contact me back. After some time, I get the details that I need to process the payment on MoneyGram. The MG website is much better and I quickly get it all placed. Now the order is processing and I just have to wait 10 minutes for the money to be sent to wm-center.com and then I'll get a transaction # to submit so that they will fund my Pecunix account. Except, that now I get a "Contact MoneyGram" status message instead of my transaction #. So I call the toll-free number listed and I get a goddamn recording telling me that they are closed.

Just to clarify, I'm not ranting about any particular vendor here. Mitanox and Unsean have always been excellent. I'm just pissed off and ranting about the whole mechanism involved. SilkRoad is awesome and I've ordered things right up and gotten then very quickly. But this particular instance has just been fucking shitty especially because these are very old friends that live far away and we only get to do something like this together once a year or so. They're moving even further away soon so we were really trying to have a great weekend (4-star hotel, rave, etc) and we wanted MDMA to be a part of that because it has been in the past. :(

Some methods are faster than others and some services are faster than others. Found that getting cash to bitcoin takes at least half a day. There are more risky ways to convert USD to bitcoin, but I am not going to get into that.

That's FAR faster than 5 days for dwolla. Are you just using MoneyPak and buying from a seller here?

I used dwolla to mtgox once and I will never use it again. If you have wellsfargo get-bitcoin.com will have your coins in like 6 hours. Or if not the fastest way is to buy a moneypak and then convert it.

I hands down think Mitanox is the coolest person out there. i was in the same situation as op so i asked mitanox to do me a solid, asked if he could send out the product before i paid him......to my amazement he agreed to this i was slightly jaw on the ground. i was a bit skeptical about posting this because i wouldn't want people taking advantage of it by claiming they will pay and not doing so but i wanted to spread the word about how awesome he is.

Yes I know everything is fucted right now but maybe try a moneypak with SUNYUNGAI,,,he might send the funds first with a little help from senior members, esp. since you are on my short list for a new mod.

I feel you OP. The most annoying part of this whole process is getting the goddamn BTC into your SR account. Right now I'm trying to buy on Trade Hill and the market is being utterly homosexual and no one is buying at my price so I have to face more delays combined with the goddamn 5 day Dwolla delay I had to deal with. Definitely going to use Get-Bitcoin and Wells-Fargo next time.

I was a good customer of Unsean a while back, he had very good product. He dropped off the scene and came back with a new PGP key....and a 7G minimum. Now, look, I know nothing here, I have never met Unsean, and my past dealing were great. But the Pecunic thing is a not a perfectly anonymous way to get funds over, and the 7G minimum, although I get it that vendors don't want to mess around with diddly squat 1G orders...
It all makes me very uncomfortable. I am not saying anything bad about Unsean, I welcome him back. But 7G.....and I am no fan of BTC.....but this chain of woe with Money Center and Pecunix is a perfect storm for getting jacked by a "New Vendor" who is using the name and account of my Unsean......
again, not saying Unsean is dirty. Its just Uncomfortable. For me.

I assure everybody that I'm the same "Unsean" as I always have been.
This summer I changed keys as I lost access to my original because of a computer failure
I used the new key for a while and now that I have my original computer back I figured I'd go back to the original key.
Nobody has ever had access to my account except myself and I still have the back-up computer so if somebody who has the other key would like to send me a message so i can decrypt it, I'd love to do so.
I know the 7g min is a lot but as far as risk vs reward I feel it's my best option on SR. I used to have limited quantities which I'd have to sell for $100/g without much price breaks and now a good friend of mine has hooking me up with a lot better bulk pricing that I'm able to offer on here for a way better deal.
The last thing I want is people feeling uncomfortable about me. Pecunix has it's ups and downs but for me to reup quicker I have to use it as it's preferred by a majority of people i deal with.
If somebody wants to make a test order I'm willing to drop the price significantly, even to the point where I'm not making jack-shit just so I can show everybody what's up and that I am indeed as legit as they come.
Perhaps a group buy could be arranged? Idk! give me your ideas, I'm open to anything. Also PM me on the site through pgp, I feel a lot safer there (if SR lets me login anytime soon :-\)

You guys are all great. I know everybody has been frustrated but it made me feel better to vent here a little.
As far as the comments about Unsean, if my memory serves correctly I have ordered from him 2 times before. I think one was before his first hiatus and then once after. Both times I received great service and good product. I was in touch with him just before his latest break.
Throughout the recent problems we've had here on SR, he kept up great communication and offered me help wherever he could. I can't say 100% until I place a successful order, but I have no reason to believe this isn't the same old Unsean.

Oh, also, I made a thread asking for anyone that could get me the goods by today and a new MDMA vendor, PartoftheDance, stepped up and messaged me. I will update in his vendor review thread after the weekend.

I am not saying anything, anything bad about brother Un, I was a good customer. I know of no facts to say anything bad is happening. I am just saying that after quite a trouble free run, with the Cali problems, with customs, etc. I became uncomfortable with the present purchasing parameters of the "fresh from vacation" Unsean. And, I consider all vendors on SR not merely as merchants, but as Freedom Activists.
